Albany County Library uses the Laramie Public Art Plan to hold call for artists in 2017.

In 2016 The Albany County Library Foundation wanted some new public art for the library. They were one of the first entities to use the Laramie Public Art Plan to hold their own call to select artists and proposals. It went so well, they chose both finalists! Artist Favian Hernandez painted this indoor mural in the kids section. Eli’s Journey
