Snowy Range Rotating Sculpture Program
Sculpture Pad at Snowy Range Road and 3rd Street.
Laramie Public Art Coalition and the City of Laramie run an exciting temporary art program on the Snowy Range viaduct, one of the community’s key gateways. Artists are invited to submit existing works of art for consideration to be installed on the east and west entrances. The budget for each sculpture pad is $15,000.
